New London Heathrow service

Here’s a scorecard, which I hope is complete, for new flights between the United States and London Heathrow. In most cases, these flights represent service that had been flying into London Gatwick.

The first U.S.-London flights will leave Saturday, arrive Sunday. The first London-U.S. flights will leave Sunday, arrive Sunday.

Delta: two from New York JFK, one from Atlanta.

Continental: two from Newark, two from Houston.

Northwest: one from Minneapolis-St. Paul, one from Detroit, one from Seattle-Tacoma.

US Airways: one from Philadelphia

Air France: one from Los Angeles

American: one from Dallas/Fort Worth and one from Raleigh-Durham. A second D/FW flight moves to Heathrow on April 13

British Airways: one from Dallas/Fort Worth, two from Houston, additional flights from New York JFK, Seattle-Tacoma and Washington, D.C., exit from the Detroit-Heathrow market

United Airlines: one from Denver.
